Weekend 1

3rd to 6th of February 2022

Thursday 3rd of February

- Afternoon : arrival of the participants, supper &
activities to get to know each other

Friday 4th of February:

- Morning: experts presentations on biodiversity loss and climate change
- Afternoon: field visits on inspiring projects in the region of the High Fens
- Evening: activities to get to know each other & free time

Saturday 5th of February

- Morning: starting the facilitating process with Pauline & Frauke
- Afternoon: workshop on consent decision-making
- Evening: free time and board games

Sunday 6th of February

- Morning: defining the project(s)

Weekend 2

18th to 20th of March 2022

Friday 18th of March:

Evening: arrival, supper and free time

Saturday 19th of March

- Morning: worshop on external communication and pitch method
- Noon: discovery walk of the High Fens and the Maison du Parc-Botrange
- Afternoon: working together on the project
- Evening: folk ball and free time

Sunday 20th of March:

- Morning: workshop on personal engagement and project management

Weekend 3

5th to 8th of May 2022

Thursday 5th of May:

Evening: arrival of the participants, supper and free time

Friday 6th of May:

Update on the project, decoding different climate realities and "collapsology", working on the project together

Saturday 7th of May:

Worshops on mental health and activism & working on the project

Sunday 8th of May:

Closing event: presentations of the weekends and the projects
Lunch with families and friends

We are collaborating with the “Réseau Transition”. This non-profit has proven experience in facilitating sustainable projects.

Pauline & Frauke gave many of the workshops during the 3 weekends, in English, French, Dutch and German!

Venue

Half of the programme took place at the Scientific Station of the High Fens. 

The building hosts meeting rooms, accomodation, and is surrounded by the High Fens.
